A small number of account-wide modules are billed at a single fixed monthly rate regardless of headcount, and these are clearly labelled so you always know which line items scale with your team and which do not. One-time charges such as data migration and onboarding training appear separately and never recur, keeping your ongoing monthly figure clean and easy to forecast.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
